These Terms govern use of the ParkTRAX platform by a society and its authorized users (administrators, managers, and guards). By creating an account or using the service, the society agrees to these Terms and to the Data Processing Agreement presented at onboarding.
The society is responsible for its user accounts, for assigning appropriate roles, and for keeping credentials secure. Guards may access only the scanning app; administrators manage the society dashboard.
The service must be used lawfully and only to manage parking for the society’s own premises. Personal data of residents, visitors, and guards must be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Subscription and any usage fees are billed to the society. Invoices are issued in-app and by email; payment is made offline by the method agreed with us. The service may be suspended for non-payment after notice.
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. The society remains the controller of resident/visitor/guard data; ParkTRAX processes it on the society’s instructions.
We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding period.
Either party may terminate per the agreed terms. On termination, the society may request an export of its data, after which its data is deleted subject to legal retention requirements.
